superwomen Initiative

20. November 2025

Women in Germany still earn less than men. Women are still underrepresented in leadership positions. And when it comes to seats on executive and supervisory boards, the gap is even wider.

At superconsult, we want to play our part in changing this. That is why we launched the superwomen initiative – a project that is particularly close to our hearts. And we are contributing what we do best: professional communication.

Since the beginning of 2025, we have been offering talented and qualified women who want to position themselves effectively professional consulting and support. We help them build a strong profile, increase their visibility and establish relevance. Pro bono, of course. We provide both strategic guidance and hands-on support – true to our credo: “We don’t just talk. We get things done.”

We launched the initiative in 2025 with these four superwomen:

Ariella Chmiel – A bridge-builder for Jewish culture. Managing Director of the Jewish Community of Nuremberg. (LinkedIn profile)

Christine Lipski – Independent photographer with a broad range of expertise and a clear focus. (LinkedIn profile)

Antonia Sobik – Team developer and purpose-driven facilitator. Senior Project Manager at A.HOII! networking, Hamburg. (LinkedIn profile)

Almuth Sürmann – A multi-talented powerhouse who continuously reinvents herself. Head of Strategic Procurement Projects at Sunfire, Dresden. (LinkedIn profile)

Five more exceptional young women joined the initiative in 2026:

Carolin Ackermann – Deep-tech startup founder and go-to-market strategist. (LinkedIn profile)

Carolin Dodt – A physician who believes that human health begins with a healthy planet. Internal Medicine Resident at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus, Dresden. (LinkedIn profile)

Manuela Mohr – An architect of a new approach to learning. Founder & CEO of Education Innovation LAB, Berlin. (LinkedIn profile)

Wibke Severin – An entrepreneur who strengthens SMEs with clarity, calm and composure. Managing Director of a consultancy for succession, transformation and organisational development. (LinkedIn profile)

Isabella Wiest – Physician and AI researcher. Closing the gap between AI and patient care. Clinical Scientist at the Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health, Dresden. (LinkedIn profile)

That makes nine strong women who are determined to make a difference.

We are here to support them. And in 2026, we have also welcomed two additional contributors who bring in their expertise whenever it is needed: Patricia Franke shares her experience as a performance coach for executives, while Heiko Banaszak, a long-standing HR consultant, knows exactly what recruiters are looking for today.

The superconsult superwomen initiative is also about regular exchange and meeting in person whenever possible. Because growth and development thrive on communication.

Our initiative has clearly struck a chord, as demonstrated by the many enquiries we receive. We want our network to continue growing, but quality comes before quantity. That is why we limit ourselves to five projects per year. We are fully booked for 2026, but for 2027 we are once again looking for four to five inspiring personalities.

So, feel free to get in touch!

And that goes for potential supporters, too: if you would like to contribute your perspective and experience as a mentor or source of inspiration, we would love to hear from you!
