Women in Germany still earn less than men. Women in leadership positions remain underrepresented. And boardroom and supervisory mandates? Even more so.
At superconsult, we want to play our part in changing this reality. That’s why we started the superwomen initiative, a true passion project.
We build on what we do best: professional communication. Since early 2025, we’ve been offering talented and qualified women who want to position themselves effectively dedicated consulting support. We create profile, visibility, and relevance. Pro bono. We provide both strategic guidance and hands-on implementation. True to our credo: “We don’t just talk. We do.”
Four superwomen are already part of the initiative – four very different, extraordinary young women:
Ariella Chmiel – cultural bridge-builder for Jewish heritage.
Christine Lipski – photographer with both wide range and sharp focus.
Almuth Sürmann – multi-talent and energy bundle, constantly reinventing herself.
Antonia Sobik – team developer and purpose-driven inspirer.
The strong response proves we’re striking a chord. Demand is high, so we are limiting ourselves to six projects per year. For 2025, we are already fully booked. There’s room left for 2026 – so get in touch soon!
